Test before you buy: Get to know me, and understand if it makes sense to allocate time and bandwidth to putting in motion a partner strategy. Together we can identify who your target partners could be, how to enable and activate them, and align on potential business impact for your organization.
I will subsequently put together a six month, one year, and two year partner strategy. As part of that I will call out key performance indicators that will outline what success looks like for each timeframe. Finally, I'll share an engagement proposal outlining what my services would entail should you choose to leverage my offering.
